Features are much easier to explain compared to benefits. You know what you’re offering: a certain color object, weekly consultations, a support group or more.
Benefits can be more difficult to demonstrate, because they’re often intangible. Even when you’re promoting a tangible product, often your customers are buying based on emotions. This video shows two examples, based on my clients (with their permission).
